The Sunday continued with some intense emotions coming up in the questions and answers section that followed. We had some tears and they were an amazing demonstration of release and vulnerability that we all shared in; I am very grateful to those who had the courage to share their feelings so openly. We covered a lot of ground through the questions; there is a full list of the topics covered on the recording details page accessed via the mp3 store. Due to the amazing feeling space that everyone was in it is one of my favorite Q & A sections. The final section of the Sunday is entitled 'Healing Everything' and is an energy walk that includes a wide range of visualization and feeling exercises. Listening back to it I was surprised at how much territory was covered through the numerous visual exercises that kept unfolding out of each other to create a healing journey through all the levels of our beingness. One of my favorite moments is where you visualize holding a Earth made of light, through it you connect with the energies of creation itself and then put the Earth into your heart. The energy walk then finishes with a golden pool of feeling exercise where you visualize a sky full of multi-colored birds that are used to help you connect with your wider, collective spiritual family.
